Dr. Barnes has been treating patients for over 35 years and is passionate about not only healing injuries but also educating patients on the chiropractic lifestyle using chiropractic, exercise, diet and nutrition to achieve greater health for patient of all ages. Dr. Barnes first priority for each patient is to provide caring individualized attention to find the cause of the patient's pain or health complaint.
Dr . Thomas Barnes is the lead doctor and director of Barnes Chiropractic. He is a graduate of Life Chiropractic College with a Physical Therapy Certificate from New York Chiropractic College. He holds an advanced certification in Whiplash and Brain Traumatology as well as advanced certifications in MRI reading and interpretation.
Dr. Chris-Ann graduated form the American College of Holistic Nutrition and has been helping people eat a more plant based healthful diet for the past 30 years.
Holistic nutrition requires a whole life approach to what you eat, where your food comes from and what your food has eaten. "You are what you have eaten, has eaten." It also explores how dietary habits, supplement usage, lifestyle choices work together to promote health and prevent disease.
Dr. Chris-Ann helps sort out the confusing dietary information to find an eating style and supplement plan that works best for the individual, while providing helpful tips to implement a new eating plan.
