Sleep impacts every part of your health. Sleep 7-8 hours per night. This will support a healthy immune system and nervous system. Get on a regular sleep schedule. Avoid devices(computer, phone television) 1-2 hours before bed. Sleep in a cool, dark room.

Regular consistent exercise is a natural anti-inflammatory, it enhances your immune function, lowers stress and improves sleep.


You don't need to train for a marathon, exercise can be fun or as simple as taking a walk, riding a bike or going for a hike. Important thing is to find activity and engage in it regularly.

Chronic stress over works the body, raises your heart rate and blood pressure, while weakening your immune system. Staying calm and lowering stress levels is important. 

Try meditation, deep breathing, yoga and spending time in nature.

Drink Water

Water is important for your health, it helps your body lubricate and cushion joints, protects your spinal cord and gets rid of waste.

Eat Healthy

The importance of eating a healthy diet cannot be understated. The foods we eat and don't eat can soothe and even prevent inflammation. 

Eat whole plant-based foods, avoid ultra process foods, refined flours, sugars, and junk foods.
